Very friendly staff and good size breakfast

Truly enjoyed this very pleasant stay for business trip or weekend away. Everything was superb, caring staff, magnificent views of the sea. The location was decent and perfectly comfortable - next to restaurants and bars. Café Coffee V located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast.

Upgraded room with a spacious layout and modern amenities, including a well-equipped bathroom, a small sink, and a large TV. 📺

This place is a charming old establishment with excellent services, offering scenic sea views, coffee, WiFi, and a hair dryer in the guest room.

Nice place to stay in Llandudno, if compared to other hotels. The breakfast was good cooked and delicious with an excellent bowl of fruit, and the food was pleasant. The location was handy and decent, to the theatre which was nearby, in the nice quiet area.

This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that will charge for clean towels if changed more often than every third day. Also, the breakfast was not up to the standard of other guest houses we stayed at during our travels - used canned tomatoes and mushrooms, no options for porridge or yogurt

This place is in a great location for visiting pubs and bars.

The staff were friendly and welcoming but did not over do it! The whole place was beautifully clean. The breakfasts were cooked to order, really fresh and small portions were served which were absolutely spot on for us.It is a very pretty guesthouse and well kept.The convenience of the local bus balanced out the distance from the town!

We would have preferred a net curtain at the window.

Absolutely wonderful. Great breakfast, robes if not in suite shower/toilet, wonderful family run B&B. 1 block from the sea and 5 blocks from town. About 10-15 minute walk from train, but bus stop right outside.
